A) Provide leadership and direction for the organization as it relates to the vision, mission, and goals

B) Govern the organization and uphold the working relationship with the President/CEO

C) Fundraise, organize, and assist in planning events and activities for the organization

D) Fiduciary duty to protect the organization’s assets and investments

E) Auditing and ensuring all financials are accurate on an annual basis
